Bio

Claudiu is focused on public administration, where he managed the implementation of internal control process, the development of IT document management system and the risk management framework to provide assurance of operational efficiency.

He performed training meetings to promote awareness of highest standards of ethics based on the principles of integrity, competence and confidentiality, negotiation and policy changes .
During his professional activity, he provided information analysis to reach conclusions, logical and sustainable in order to identify and evaluate the risks and weaknesses in the public administration field.

He is enrolled in a MBA at the Romanian-French INDE MBA Programme, ASE Bucharest – CNAM Paris and also studies national security issues at National Defense College. He holds a MA in European Public Administration and a BA from the Law Faculty of the Police Academy ”Al. I. Cuza”. In 2015, he attended a workshop on “Obtaining value in public procurement”, presented by United States Development and Trade Agency and GPI – The George Washington University.

Claudiu enhanced his soft skills, being an empathic active listener and persuasive speaker, permanently adapting in challenging situations and looking for new ways of doing things.
