Bio
Claudiu serves as General Director at Neoglobe where he deals with business consultancy, public relations, intelligence business, security, political and communication training. Since 2010, he has been a member of National Liberal Party.
From 2012-13, he served as Director General of the National Public Romanian Television. From 2006-07, he served as Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service and from 2004-06 he was an Adviser to the Romanian President, on domestic political issues.
From 2000-04, Claudiu held itinerant classes throughout the country first with the Foundation for Pluralism in communication, negotiation, electoral campaigns and political message, and then with the Centre for Independent Journalism in media and communication.
Claudiu took international courses in security studies at the NATO School at Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany and in civil-military relations in the security structures at the Naval Post Graduate School at Monterey, USA. He also took the “Strategic role of the Black Sea in the context of NATO enlargement” intensive course at Harvard University in September 2006, and the media training courses, train for trainers in Sarajevo, Budapest.
Claudiu is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Intelligence and National Security at the National Defense University.
