Bio
In September 2015 Corneliu was elected member of the college of alternative dispute resolution in the banking sector in Romania.
From January 2013 to April 2015, Corneliu served as adviser to the Romanian Prime Minister. He is a panelist, speaker, consultant and mentor on Ethical Values in Public Affairs.
Corneliu has more than 25 years dedicated to developing civil society and its relationship with government and has founded over 20 foundations and associations.
He is a member of educational and charity bodies and a former leader of students and youth associations. Corneliu has been deeply involved in the non-governmental sector, most known as president of DELTA Cultural Foundation.
Expert and entrepreneur in public relations industry for the past fifteen years, he has been involved in campaigns for major companies and organizations, including political parties. As an adviser for the Minister for Research and Technology (1997-1998) he worked in sectorial strategies and legislative framework researching reform in Romania. He holds a PhD from the Military Academy in Bucharest, on national values and the role of social dialogue in the management of risks associated with terrorism.
