Bio
Madalina is an Expert on Agriculture Security, President and Founder of AGROINTELLIGENCE, the Information System on Food Security Program. She is a former Lecturer in Analysis Techniques in Intelligence at the Center for Advanced Strategy.
She is enrolled in a PhD in Information and National Security at the National Defense University with a specialization in Food Security.
She holds a MA in Agriculture Consulting from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Bucharest and a MA in Security Studies – Analysis of Information, from the joint program of the Faculty of Sociology, the University of Bucharest and the Academy of Information.
Madalina has training in international security from the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, security, intelligence, diplomacy, national security from the Center of Applied Strategies.
She published extensively on agrointelligence and agro-related issues: Agro-Food security-a new paradigm of globalization, Globalization and the Need for a Regulatory Framework on Agro-Food Security, Introduction in the European Law of Agro-Food Security, Specified Dilemma “Agrifood Green Power” and “Food Insecurity” in the Context of New Challenges to Avoid Balkans Bio-Region, The Need of Culture for Agro-Food Security through Knowledge and Information in the Context of Regional Conflicts.
