Mihai Stefan Dinu

Mihai Stefan Dinu serves as a scientific researcher at the National Defense University “Carol I”, Department of Military Informational Systems and Informations for Defense.

He holds an extensive career in the NDU, including: Scientific Adviser of specialty, Invited associate teacher, and Research Assistant. In 1994 he worked as a reporter at the “Tineretul Liber” newspaper.

He holds a PhD from the Faculty of Command and Staff/ National Defense University “Carol I” and a post PhD studies certificate from the same institution.

He wrote extensively on security issues: “The Role of Cultural Potential in the Security Environment Trend”; “Strategic Shifts and their Implications for Modern Security”.

He was a member of the Editorial board of the “Strategic Impact” magazine.
