Tania is currently based in Brussels and is working as a Research Assistant for the NATO Parliamentary Assembly dealing with transatlantic security and defence cooperation and burden-sharing. Previously she used to work in the European Parliament on Foreign Affairs and Security & Defence issues (AFET & SEDE committees), in the European External Action Service on EU-US diplomatic relations and in EU Political Affairs for Philips. She has an MSc in Political Science and Transnational Governance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (2016), an Erasmus exchange at the University of the West of Scotland and a BA in International Relations from West University of Timisoara (2015). Tania also organized the 1st Women and Leadership Transatlantic Dialogue and co-authored a book chapter on Women in Politics in Europe. Tania lived in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands and Belgium on top of her native country of Romania and is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
